A Happy Ending and...

Note: This is the archive.

for all the latest Johnny news,
exclusive pics & vids, and much more!

So after five years in this space, we have come to the end of our time here.

This site will no longer be updated, but will remain active as an archive and as a testament to Johnny’s amazing journey since his world-renowned performances (relive them again here and here) at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver.

Countless Johnny fans have contacted me over the years to say, “Your tagline literally made me LOL. I so understand you. And I’m so glad I found your blog!”

That tagline remains as true today as it was when I wrote it:

Content exclusively devoted to all things Johnny Weir until I am able to at least partially recover some semblance of interest in something else. Don’t hold your breath.

Please come visit the blog
at its new home:

Yes, even more exclusive photos, exclusive videos, and all the glorious Johnnyness you’ve come to expect from this corner of the Interwebz, now with better packaging that will hopefully eliminate excruciatingly slow load times and other frustrations of this platform.

(Wait, you didn’t actually think I was done, did you? Hahaha what a silly idea. Please review tagline above. Then come join me over here!)

Johnny and Binky,
from 2010 to now.

Thank you so much, Johnny, for an incredible five years.
I’m so excited to see where your journey will take you next
and always so very proud to be your fan.

with love from Binky

Oh hai!

I would have been here much earlier except that while I was watching Johnny SLAY ALL THE THINGS during Super Bowl weekend, his alter ego Loki apparently crept into Jotunheim Chicago and dumped a truly astonishing 22 inches of snow. Which then drifted to create a 4-foot-high wall of snow between me and my garage, which I waded through anyway in fierce determination to get to my car only to discover another snow wall between the garage door and the alley that abruptly shattered the light and heartwarming fantasy of actually driving somewhere to get stuff that I had been entertaining in my head. So instead we decided we’d try walking somewhere, but then discovered we could hardly push the front door open at all, and even when we finally did manage to create a sliver of space to squeeze through, we couldn’t find the front porch steps leading down into the yard anyway. Because SNOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.
